Use the RaiPay app to pay with your mobile phone - contactless, secure, and simple - with all your personal and business RBA Mastercard and Visa cards at locations accepting contactless payments in-country and internationally.

• Install the app on multiple mobile phones and select various cards in each mobile wallet.

How to pay with the RaiPay app? Easy and straightforward!

• For quick payment with RBA RaiPay mobile app, just turn on your phone screen (no need to unlock it) and tap your phone on the POS device. NFC must be enabled.
• Pre-authorization - You can pre-confirm payments if you choose "Confirm Payment" on the screen panel before payment.
• If you wish to authorize all transactions with RaiPay PIN or biometrics, select "Secure Payment" in the app settings under "Security & PIN," then "NFC Payment Experience."

For payment security, the app has three authorization levels based on transaction amount:

• Single Payment Limit:
• 1. Screen On: up to 15 euros.
• 2. Phone Unlock: up to 35 euros.
• 3. RaiPay PIN/Biometrics: above 105 euros.

Cumulative Consecutive Payments Limit:

• 1. Screen On Payment: up to 65 euros.
• 2. Phone Unlock Payment: up to 320 euros.

If the cumulative limit is reached, the app will require higher authorization. The app may prompt for payment authorization for amounts under 15 euros for security reasons.

All transactions can be authorized with RaiPay PIN or biometrics by selecting "Secure Payment" in the app settings under "Security & PIN," then "NFC Payment Experience."

International payments may vary based on POS device settings.

Wrong consecutive entry of RaiPay PIN will disable access, requiring support via RBA INFO phone.

* Payments History:

The transaction history shows successful initiated RaiPay transactions in the last 30 days (up to 20 transactions), excluding card transactions.

* Technical Requirements for Using RaiPay Mobile Payment App:

• Device with NFC available and enabled.
• Android OS version 7.0 and newer.
• Device lock screen enabled (RaiPay won't work without it).
• Device not set in developer mode or rooted, ensuring security integrity.
• Data connection required for app download and card addition (not necessary for payments).
